I can't log in to eRecruiter

eRecruiter is an ATS recruitment system that supports organizations in talent acquisition, candidate communication, and HR–business collaboration.

Login issues with the eRecruiter system may result from various causes. Most often, they depend on the role you play in the recruitment process. Depending on your role, please go to the section for:

5 steps to take when you can’t log in to the system

1️⃣ Verify that you are using the correct login and password.
Your login is the email address on which your account was created.

What is worth checking with your company’s eRecruiter system Administrator:

❓ Was your account created using an email address with your full first name or only the first letter?
❓ Has your company’s email domain changed recently? Which domain is included in your eRecruiter login?

⚠️ Note: If your browser auto-fills these details, try entering them manually. The browser may have saved outdated information 🙂

Are you sure you are entering the correct details but still can’t log in?

2️⃣ Use the “Forgot your password?” option

3️⃣ If the password reset email hasn’t arrived, check your Spam/Junk folder.

4️⃣ Has 15 minutes passed and you still haven’t received the email? Contact the eRecruiter Administrator in your company and make sure that the appropriate role has been assigned to you in the system.

💡 PRO TIP for the System Administrator:

If users in your organization experience issues where emails from eRecruiter are not delivered or end up in the spam folder, ask your IT department to add the following domains to the whitelist:

  • access.erecruiter.pl

  • ad.erecruiter.pl

  • automatyzacje.erecruiter.pl

  • erecruiter.pl

  • ikk.erecruiter.pl

  • mail.erecruiter.pl

  • notification.erecruiter.pl

  • nps.erecruiter.pl

5️⃣ Didn’t work? Copy this link https://system.erecruiter.pl, change to the english version and try logging in using a different browser or in incognito/private mode.

I am a Business User

If you are a Hiring Manager and candidate applications are sent to you by the HR department, first check which tool the person responsible for your recruitment is using to review applications.

You can easily identify this by the subject line of the email you should receive in your inbox from [email protected]:

If you received such an email, you don’t need to log in to the system. The candidate cards are waiting for you in your inbox. By clicking the “Rate candidate applications” button, you will be taken to the candidate cards, and you will receive the access password in a separate email.

  • Business Account ➡️ "You have new applications. Review them and make a decision."

If you received such an email and are having trouble logging in, follow the steps in this guide.

If you haven’t received any email:

1️⃣ Check your Spam/Junk folder to see if a message from [email protected] ended up there.

2️⃣ Contact the HR person responsible for your recruitment process. It’s possible that candidates haven’t been sent to you yet, and that’s why your account isn’t active.

I am a candidate

Candidates do not log in to the eRecruiter system. If you have a question regarding your Candidate Account, write to [email protected].
