Publishing job offers in the system enables you to not only publish your offers faster, from any place and at any moment, but also to edit the contents of your job offer whenever it is necessary, without the need to wait for the consultant’s response.
Remember! To post a job listing, you must first create a recruitment project. You can find out how to do that HERE.
Step 1
After activating a new recruitment project the following message will be displayed:
When you select the indicated option, you can choose whether you want to publish your job ad through eRecruiter (for example, on the Career Site, Intranet, OLX) or on Pracuj.pl.
Post by eRecruiter
Select eRecruiter and click Next
Next, enter the contents of your job offer by completing individual sections.
TIP: If the headers of individual sections (Requirements, What we offer, etc.) are not saved in your graphic layout, remember to enter them manually in the contents of the job offer at this stage.
Step 2
In the next step named Location add the location for which you recruit. When you complete all the information, click Next.
TIP: If you fill in the “City” field while creating a project and then save your changes or activate the recruitment process, the system will automatically suggest an appropriate location for the job posting.
Step 3
On the last screen, you can decide where you want to publish your job offer. When you click Add publications, you will be able to set the publication dates.
When you click Publish a confirmation message and the status Awaiting Publication will appear next to each selected channel.
Post on Pracuj.pl
If after activating the recruitment project, you immediately select Pracuj.pl and click Next, the system will take you to the modular job posting creator, where you can fill in the content of the job posting
If you first decide to publish the job ad, for example, on the Career Site, Intranet, or in the Employee Referral Module, and then select Pracuj.pl as a publishing channel, the system will open the Pracuj.pl job ad creator in a new browser tab and copy the job ad content into it.
How can I check where the job ad has been published?
On the recruitment project list, click the Actions icon next to the project and then select Job Offers.
Click the magnifying glass icon to view publication details.
Congratulations! Your job offer has been published successfully. Now you can simply wait for the incoming resumes of the candidates. Maybe the first applications are in the system already?
