What are message template visual designs?
This option allows you to visually customize message templates sent from the eRecruiter system to candidates. The designs are tailored to the organization’s needs and specifications, similar to graphical templates used for application forms or job advertisements.
Visual customization can be applied to both system and custom message templates.
The eRecruiter design team is responsible for preparing the visual layout of message templates.
Note: This is an additional paid service. To learn more, contact your eRecruiter Account Manager.
Where can visual message templates be used?
In application acknowledgment messages, as the final step of the application process. This helps your company stand out among other employers.
In interview invitations, to better highlight key details such as date, location, or cancellation links.
In organizations that already use branded email templates in their email clients, ensuring consistency between system-generated and regular emails.
In systems where multiple companies operate simultaneously.
When the organization focuses on building a strong employer brand and wants to leave a positive impression on candidates.
How is a template implemented in eRecruiter?
You will receive an HTML preview file from your Account Manager. Verify whether the template meets the agreed requirements.
If there are any issues with the template appearance, send a screenshot of the HTML file along with a description of the required changes to your Account Manager.
If no changes are needed or they have already been applied, paste the file into eRecruiter yourself, using guidance from your Account Manager or the instructions below. The file will be provided via email in .txt format.
Once the file is successfully added, the template is immediately ready for use in candidate communication.
What does a visual message template look like?
After adding the template in the system settings and while using it, divider lines may be visible. These are only visible in the editor and will not appear to the recipient.

In the toolbar, click the “<>” icon.
GRAPHICIn the HTML editor window, delete all existing content. The editor should be completely empty (new templates will already be empty).
