Generating interview prompts with Chat GPT
Chat GPT, a recent innovation, supports HR by generating interview questions. Integrated with eRecruiter, when a candidate reaches the “interview” stage, ChatGPT automatically adds a note in the candidate’s Interactive Profile with relevant questions.Automatic invitation for candidates to complete a skills test or recruitment game
Virtual recruiter (voicebot)
This bot enables easy application by phone, automatically creates candidate profiles, contacts candidates soon after they apply, and conducts screenings, updating information in the candidate’s profile.Automatic candidate rejection

Enhanced Internal Communication

Activating Automations
Go to the HR Ecosystem > HR Workflows tab, select the desired automation, and fill in the required information. Most automations activate immediately or within 1-2 business days.

Most automations are free, including internal tasks, scheduling, and generating interview prompts.
Paid options include:
Automated SMS communication: requires a package purchase, but a 30-day free trial is available.
Third-party integrations, e.g., Apifonica, Talent Bridge, Staffly, require a contract but are activated for free.
