Recruiter Assistant is an AI-powered feature that helps you quickly analyze applications. It is based on the CV submitted by the candidate through the application form. Using it, you can generate:
CV Summary – extracts the most important details from the CV, such as work experience, key skills, education, and certifications.
Key highlights – highlights the candidate’s advantages and compares them with the requirements listed in the corresponding job posting.
Points to verify – based on the CV and job description, it identifies points worth checking further, e.g. during the interview.
How to use the tool
Go to the “Projects” tab in the main menu → select the project you are interested in → open the candidate’s profile and navigate to the “Recruiter Assistant” section.
The analysis results are divided into sections – to view details of each section, click the “Show” button.
For every generated response, you can:
regenerate,
copy,
remove,
using the action buttons in the bottom-right corner of the summary.
Visibility of results
Once generated, responses are visible to all users with access to the candidate’s profile (i.e. Administrators or Recruiters in all recruitment projects, as well as Recruiters Mini, Users Plus, Users, and Users Mini in the projects they are assigned to). Deleting a response removes it for all users.
Note: The Assistant does not refer to age, gender, nationality, or appearance (even if a photo is attached to the CV). It uses only neutral, non-judgmental language. Personal data from CVs is anonymized during analysis. The goal of the Assistant is not to evaluate candidates, but to extract and summarize the most relevant information.
CV Summary rules
The tool always analyzes only one CV file – the one uploaded by the candidate in the application form. If the candidate edits the form and uploads a new CV, the Assistant will process the most recent file. If a recruiter manually uploads a candidate’s CV to the system, it cannot be analyzed.
The Assistant only processes text files – CVs with photos or graphic elements cannot be analyzed. If a recruiter attempts to analyze such a CV, the following message will appear: “Failed to generate results – the CV file format is not supported.”

You can enable or disable this feature at any time in System Settings → Intelligent Features → Recruiter Assistant:
If the Assistant has already generated responses in a candidate profile, and the feature is disabled and later re-enabled, the previously generated responses will become visible again.
Note: Data entered into Recruiter Assistant is processed solely to provide the service and ensure it functions properly. The provider declares that this data is not used to train, improve, or build AI models, and is not shared with third parties for that purpose.
