The "Generate feedback" feature helps quickly prepare reliable and personalized feedback for a candidate who has been rejected in the recruitment process. The AI-powered tool supports composing the email message content, but always leaves the recruiter full control over its final form.
The option is available at stages:
Rejected after CV analysis
Rejected after interview
Custom stage of type Rejected
How to use the "Generate feedback" feature?
1. Choose to send feedback
When marking a candidate as rejected, select the option “Send message to the candidate”.
The system will take you to the email editor window.
2. Use the “Generate feedback” button
In the message editor, click the “Generate feedback” button.
An additional window will open where you can add your own hints (e.g.: takeaways from the interview, missing skills or experience, areas for development, suggestions for future growth, etc.).
TIP: You don’t have to describe everything in detail—just list what you want to include (e.g. “no experience in project management, good communication, invite to reapply”). The algorithm will take it into account in the message content.
3. AI will prepare the content based on:
the job posting added to the recruitment that the candidate took part in,
the candidate’s CV (if it was added and can be read by the algorithm),
the selected message template that is added to the given stage,
your hint entered in the dedicated field.
4. Edit and review the content
Within a few seconds, the system will generate a message proposal.
The text may contain errors or overinterpretations—always read it carefully and correct it if needed.
5. If the result does not meet your expectations, you can:
regenerate the content based on the same hints (prompt),
add new hints and generate another version.
6. Paste the message into the editor
Click “Paste” to transfer the generated text to the message editor.
The content will keep the existing formatting (HTML) and smart fields.
7. Undo changes if you need to
In the editor, you can use the undo/redo arrows:
left arrow — return to the earlier version of the message,
right arrow — reinsert the content generated by AI.
The “Generate feedback” feature makes it easier to create a professional and personalized response for the candidate. Treat it as a work aid—always review and adapt the content so that it aligns with your communication style and company policy. Remember that artificial intelligence can make mistakes, overinterpret information, or generalize the content. Before you send the message to the candidate, carefully check its content and make any necessary adjustments.
