Standard form appearance
The standard application form in the eRecruiter system includes the employer’s logo, a banner, and a template layout of individual sections. If you want to update the logo displayed on your forms, you can do so in the system settings (this option is available only to Administrators). Remember that the same logo will be visible on forms across all your recruitment projects.
Graphical form template
If you want to customize the appearance of your application forms, contact your eRecruiter account manager. They will discuss the details of the new template with you and ask you to provide the necessary materials.
The new graphical template can resemble the layout of a job advertisement on Pracuj.pl or be designed based on materials you provide.
Below you will find guidelines for preparing graphical forms, as well as examples of forms used by our clients.

How to use a new form template?
Once prepared, the new graphical template will be uploaded to your eRecruiter account. You can use it when creating or editing a recruitment project in the “Candidate form” tab under the “Layout” section.
There, you will see all available graphical form variants.
Important! There are two fields:
Part 1 – basic template settings
Part 2 – necessary additional settings
You must select the same option in both fields.
If you want to rename or modify a template, inform your account manager, who will request changes from a designer.
Using templates with question sets
You can also assign a graphical template to predefined form sets. This is done in the “Forms” tab when creating a new set by selecting the appropriate template name for:
“basic template”
“advanced template”
You can have multiple graphical templates tailored to different job postings or positions.
Attention! The number of available templates depends on your system version. To learn more, contact your eRecruiter account manager.
Graphical forms are not visible on mobile devices.
