Before you can create a recruitment project for a given partnership, you have to make sure that your system has:
a defined list of companies in the settings;
separate clauses and consents for each partnership (depending on your internal arrangements).
IMPORTANT! This article contains double screenshots from the system:
the first one presents the procedure of creating projects by clicking the “+Add a project” button and then “Multi-project”;
the second one presents the procedure of creating projects by clicking the “+Add a project” button and then “Standard project”.
Creating a recruitment project for a partnership
During the process of creating a recruitment project, a “Partnership” or “Company” field will appear in the recruitment project card. If you are assigned to more than one partnership, the first one displayed will be the partnership selected as default in your system settings (an icon with initials in the upper right corner of the system). You can still select any other partnership from the list, if you are assigned to one.
Important! Pay attention to the “thank you” message sent to a candidate automatically in response to a submitted job application. Before you activate a recruitment project, you might want to review the wording of your default “thank you” message template. The system template contains a smart field “Company name”, which is automatically filled in with the name of the entire organization, not the partnership. If you want to replace it with the partnership’s name, edit this template in the system settings. You can also create your custom “thank you” message template.
In the “Candidate form” or "Application form" section, add appropriate clauses and consents, depending on the partnership you are creating a given recruitment project for.
Assigning Users to a recruitment project, you can select only those who have been assigned to a given partnership in the Settings. Users not assigned to a given partnership will not be able to see this recruitment project. You cannot grant access to new users from the level of creating/editing a recruitment project.
Now that you have all the essential information, all you need to do is launch your recruitment project :)
