Important! The information applies exclusively to the Pro Premium and Pro Plus system versions.
eRecruiter enables you to manage recruitment projects for multiple partnerships in one system. Having entered such partnerships to the system, you can divide your recruitment team according to specific partnerships that individual team members are supposed to have access to. Information about the partnerships will appear in reporting as well.
Important! Only the Administrator can manage the module of multiple partnerships and assign Users to specific partnerships.
How can you add partnerships to the system?
Go to the Settings and enter the Partnerships tab in the “System in your company” section.
Click “Add a partnership” to define a new partnership in the system.
Next, define the name of your partnership (“company name” field). You can also upload its logo, which will be displayed to candidates in the application form.
If you manage recruitment projects for more than one partnership, you can select a default partnership in Your account settings tab. This way, when you create a new project, this particular partnership will be selected by default in the list of recruitment projects.
Next, enter the Users tab and assign selected users to the defined partnerships. You can do that in two ways:
· select Users and assign a specific partnership to them,
· or enter the details of a given User by clicking Edit and choose a partnership they are supposed to be assigned to.
Remember! Administrators and Recruiters are automatically assigned to all partnerships — their access cannot be restricted to a selected partnership.
A dedicated role for the partnerships: Recruiter Mini
If you want someone from your organization to be able to see all recruitment projects of a given partnership without the need to assign this person to individual projects each and every time, give the Recruiter Mini role to this person and assign them to the selected partnership/partnerships. Recruiter Mini will be automatically assigned to all newly created recruitment projects of such partnerships.
Roles in the system are described here.
