We have refreshed the menu in eRecruiter to make using the system simpler and more transparent. The most important features have been grouped by work areas, such as recruitment projects, candidates, reports, and modules and add-ons.
Important: no features are being removed. The main change is the way menu tabs are organized, so it is easier to find the section you need in the system.
Menu visibility depends on your role and system version
As before, not every user will see all menu tabs. Their visibility depends on:
the user’s role in the system,
the scope of permissions,
the eRecruiter version used by your company,
active modules and add-ons.
This means that the menu primarily shows the features you can actually use.
What is changing in the menu?
Recruitment projects
The existing Projects list, Forms, and Job ads tabs have been combined into one section: Projects.
In this section, you will find the features needed to manage recruitment projects, work with forms, and handle job ads. All existing elements remain available, but they are now organized in one place.
Important: the Forms tab will no longer be visible as a separate menu item for new customers. If your company already uses this tab, you will keep access to it.
Candidate database
The Candidates tab is not changing its name. The scope of this feature also remains unchanged. The new name better describes the place where you can work with candidates saved in the system.
Reports
The Reports section has been expanded with additional subpages.
In one place, you will find both the reports currently used by your company and additional solutions related to data analysis and reporting, such as:
Data for analysis,
Reports Expert,
Candidate Experience Survey.
The visibility of individual subpages depends on the system version, active modules, and your permissions.
Modules and add-ons
In the new Modules and add-ons section, you will find additional features, integrations, and solutions available in the HR Marketplace.
This is the place where you can check, among other things:
features and modules active in your company,
available system extensions,
HR Marketplace,
HR Workflows automations,
AI features,
integrations that can be activated or purchased.
Important: features available for purchase are visible primarily to Administrators. Their availability depends on the system version and whether a given feature can be purchased for that version.
Business Account
The Business Account section works the same way as before.
Its visibility still depends on the user’s role in the system. The Administrator has full access to this section.
What else is changing?
The menu has a refreshed look and a more organized layout. This makes it easier to navigate to the most important areas of the system and find the features you need more quickly.
Do you need to do anything?
No. The menu change will appear automatically.
Your data, access rights, settings, and ongoing recruitment projects remain unchanged. The next time you log in, simply take a look at the new menu layout.
