Domain Login in eRecruiter – First Steps for Users

Read about how to log in to eRecruiter for the first and subsequent times using domain login.

Written by Kuba Schalczewski

A necessary condition for logging in via the company domain is the prior activation of this option by eRecruiter and your company’s IT department. More detailed information can be found in this article.

What does the first login look like after enabling quick domain login?

For existing accounts (created before the domain login was activated):

When the domain login option is enabled, the user must verify their username and password. To do this, they need to go to https://system.erecruiter.pl one last time and enter their current username and password. Then click "Log in".

At this point, two scenarios are possible, depending on the settings previously configured when enabling domain login in the organization:

  • The user is immediately redirected to the eRecruiter home page.

  • The user will see an additional screen where they must enter the credentials used to log in to their corporate account (e.g., when logging in to their work computer). After confirming the credentials, the eRecruiter home page will appear.

For newly created accounts (after enforced domain login has been activated):

For all new users, in the email sent after their eRecruiter account is created, we provide a so-called magic link. Thanks to this, the user will not have to manually link their domain account with their eRecruiter account using a username and password. The moment the user clicks on the link in the email, the system will automatically associate the domain account with the system account. This lowers the entry barrier for new users. From the very first login, the person will be able to use domain login for their eRecruiter account.

What does subsequent login look like once the account is linked?

After the initial verification, login will still be done through https://system.erecruiter.pl. However, the user must select the option “Log in with your company domain”, available below the main login panel.

A screen will then appear where the previously established domain must be entered. This name is set during the process of enabling domain login within the organization. The system administrator should inform all users which name should be entered in this field.

Depending on prior settings, the user will either:

  • be redirected directly to the eRecruiter home page, or

  • be asked again to verify their identity by entering their corporate login credentials (the same ones they use to access their work account, e.g., when logging in to their work computer).

You can also use a solution that automatically fills in the domain name on the login screen. Simply bookmark a link in your browser in the following format, replacing it with your company’s domain name:

This way, you can access the login page more quickly, without manually typing the domain name.

Information about Domain Login Availability

If the account has already been linked to a domain account, but the user still attempts to log in using a username and password, a message will appear informing them about the availability of domain login.

Simply go back to https://system.erecruiter.pl and select the option “Log in with your company domain” to proceed without having to provide any additional login credentials.
