The person requested to approve an application receives an email message with a vacancy application approval request. The message contains the application submitting date, the future name of the recruitment project, first name and surname of the applicant, and optional comments for the approving person. The message will also contain a link to the application, where the person logged into the eRecruiter system can check all the details of the application:
The approving person may reject or accept the application, using the buttons in the email message. This decision is irrevocable. Every decision is signed with the first name and surname or the email address of the approving person and can be displayed by the person who submitted a given application.
Depending on the selected option, after you click the “Reject” or “Accept” button one of the following confirmation message appears:
Accepted — this decision will be visible in the system to the person who submitted the application. The application is sent to the remaining decision–makers or a new recruitment project can be created in the eRecruiter system.
Rejected — this decision will be visible in the system to the person who submitted the application. The application will not be sent to the remaining decision–makers.
Inactive — this message refers to an application that has already been rejected or accepted by the approver or cancelled by the applicant.
In case of rejection of the application, the approving person has the option to enter the reason for their decision. It will be visible to the recruiter and the person submitting the application:
