We would like to inform you that on February 1, 2027, we will disable the Interactive Candidate Card.
Until now, Interactive Candidate Card has been one of the methods for forwarding applications for review to individuals involved in the recruitment process on the business side. The solution currently being developed and recommended for this collaboration is Application Review in the Business Account.
You can read more about Application Review here – from the manager’s perspective, and here – from the recruiter’s perspective.
What does this mean?
Interactive Candidate Card will remain available in the system until February 1, 2027.
From February 1, 2027, application assessment by hiring managers who do not have access to the full version of the system will only be possible through Application Review in the Business Account.
If, in the future, recruiters wish to invite hiring managers or other non-HR individuals to evaluate candidates, we recommend using the Business Account.
Why are we developing Application Review in the Business Account?
Application Review in the Business Account provides those involved in recruitment with more convenient access to candidates and better control over the process. Everything can be managed in one place: forwarded applications, candidate evaluations, status checks, and revisiting recruitments without searching for separate links in an email inbox. If the reviewer is engaged in multiple processes simultaneously, they can also select the appropriate recruitment and review applications from the same location.
To make Business Account users’ work with Application Review easier, we have introduced or improved, among others:
Domain login, which streamlines access to the system,
Changes in password management policies, making it easier to align security rules with organizational requirements,
Settings for expiration times of applications forwarded for review,
More convenient access to applications within the user account, without working through separate links to individual candidate packages.

What needs to be done?
For recruitment projects that will still be active when the Interactive Candidate Card is phased out (e.g., permanent recruitment or spontaneous applications), we recommend creating new recruitments using the Business Account.
The tool is selected on the recruitment card in the Team tab. In open projects, it is not possible to change the application review tool, so it is necessary to create new ones. The simplest way is to copy the given recruitment and open it after ensuring that the Business Account option has been selected.
We recommend launching all new recruitments before February 1, 2027, using the Business Account to avoid having to create a new project during an ongoing process.
If necessary, candidates can be assigned to newly created projects. Just select candidates, click the three dots button and select the "Assign to project" option (the candidate's history from a given recruitment does not transfer):
On the recruitment list, you can check at any time which collaboration method with managers was selected in a given recruitment project. This information is displayed directly under the job title:
Additionally, you can search for recruitment projects by the selected application assessment tool. Simply go to the Recruitment tab, enter the search section, and select the appropriate tool.
If your organization is not currently using Interactive Candidate Card, this change does not require any additional action.
Business Account vs. Interactive Candidate Card
The Business Account is our latest space for collaboration with hiring managers (and beyond). Its greatest advantages compared to the previous default solution, the Interactive Candidate Card, are presented in the table:
Business Account | Candidate Card |
Hiring manager has all the data submitted by candidates in a single place, sorted by recruitment projects, between which you can switch with one click. | Each “bundle” of applications submitted for review is delivered to the e-mail address of the recipient in the form of a separate link. If there are many such bundles, you need to search for those links in your e-mail box. |
In the list of applications, there is a search box enabling you to quickly find the person you need, e.g. a candidate whom the manager is about to meet. The manager can view the statistics and check whether all submitted job applications have already been reviewed or how many recruitment meetings are scheduled. | Candidate Cards do not have a search box or any other functionality to filter all applications. |
Access to the application is protected with a username and password, which enables, for instance, using a convenient domain-based authentication. | Access to the application can be protected with a password, if your organization decides so. A one-time password is sent to the e-mail address of the recipient. |
Application Review in the Business Account is and will remain free of charge.
